Anxiety is an emotion. It's what you feel. A negative emotion.
We might think what's the point of releasing the anxiety so we no longer feel like this. Instead we should fix all the issues causing the anxiety then it will go away, but that could take ages. Maybe even years.
If we first release the anxiety emotion in our relationship then that anxiety has gone. We will no longer feel like that. We may not be happy, but we we will feel much better than anxiety and our relationship will improve. It will get better and you will see the results.
it's much easier to release the feeling of anxiety in your relationship than to fix every single issue. That might be draining.
