KEEP MOVING FORWARD

Sometimes to move forward we need to move backwards. Because things might have happened in the past and when we try to get something that memory of what happened in the past keeps coming back, so we have to release the past negative emotion, then it's like when the hand brake of a car is released the car will move forward. When we dont release it's like the handbrake is still on and we are spinning our wheels. just burning uobber, but not really getting anywhere, so we have to release the past pain and the past emotion then we can move forward fast.
