Fear is a strong emotion. It can stop you doing many things. It is a strong emotion. First we need to find out what is causing the fear. Normally we fear something because of something else that may have happened in the past. An incident or maybe someone said something. it's tough to keep going with fear. The best way is to release the fear and find out what was causing it and then releasing that too.
